Apex Tribe Company Return Policy

Because each Apex Tribe Company item is produced specifically for your order through our print-on-demand and fulfillment partners, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Choosing the wrong color
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Change of mind
  • Fit or style preference
  • Delays caused by carriers after shipment

Please review all size charts, product descriptions, colors, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging, if relevant

If the issue is confirmed, we will work with our fulfillment partner to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Lost or Missing Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Apex Tribe Company is not responsible for carrier delays, theft, or packages marked as delivered. If a package is lost in transit or marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first. We will assist where possible, but replacement or refund decisions are handled case by case.

Address Errors

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.

By placing an order with Apex Tribe Company, you acknowledge that each item is custom-produced for your order and that returns and exchanges are not accepted except in cases of confirmed damage, defect, misprint, or fulfillment error.
