3. No Returns or Exchanges
Because our products are custom-produced through fulfillment partners, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

- Carrier delays after shipment
- Incorrect shipping address entered by the customer
Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items may be eligible for replacement or refund if reported within the time period stated in our Return Policy.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Product images may include digital mockups, lifestyle images, or representative examples. Minor variation in placement, print scale, color, or finish may occur during production and does not necessarily constitute a defect.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices, product offerings, descriptions, or availability at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, cancel orders affected by pricing or listing mistakes, and refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Apex Tribe Company does not store full payment card information. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are fulfilled through third-party production and shipping partners. Production and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has shipped, Apex Tribe Company is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, theft, weather delays, customs delays, or other events outside our control.
If a package is marked as delivered but not received, the customer should contact the carrier first. We may assist where possible, but replacement or refund decisions are handled case by case.
For U.S. online sellers, shipping promises need to be accurate; the FTC’s mail, internet, or telephone order rules address seller obligations when merchandise cannot be shipped as promised.
10. Address Errors
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.
If a package is returned due to an address error, refused delivery, or failure to claim the package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping or replacement costs.
