Apex Tribe Company products are made to order through third-party print-on-demand, dropshipping, and fulfillment partners. Because each item is produced after your order is placed, shipping times include both production time and carrier delivery time.

1. Order Processing and Production

Most orders are sent into production shortly after purchase. Production times vary depending on the product, print provider, order volume, holidays, and supply availability.

Typical production time is approximately:

Once an order has entered production, it may not be possible to cancel or modify the order.

2. Shipping Times

After production is complete, your order will be shipped using the carrier and shipping method available for your location and product type.

Estimated shipping times vary by destination, carrier, and fulfillment provider.

Typical U.S. delivery after shipment is approximately:

International delivery may take longer and may be affected by customs, local postal service delays, or import processing.

3. Multiple Shipments

Because Apex Tribe Company uses third-party fulfillment partners, items in the same order may be produced by different providers or shipped from different facilities.

This means your order may arrive in multiple packages, on different days, with separate tracking numbers.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product type, destination, order size, fulfillment provider, and available carrier options.

Any free shipping offer, discount, or promotional shipping rate will be shown at checkout when applicable.

5. Tracking Information

When your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email if tracking is available for the shipment.

Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update tracking information. Tracking may not update immediately after the label is created.

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Apex Tribe Company is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an address error, refused delivery, or failure to claim the package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order.

Orders lost or delivered to an incorrect address because of customer-provided address errors are not eligible for refund or replacement.

7. Carrier Delays

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. Apex Tribe Company is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, customs, labor disruptions, incorrect routing, local delivery issues, or other events outside our control.

We will assist where possible, but carrier delays do not qualify for order cancellation, refund, or replacement.

8. Lost Packages

If tracking shows that a package is still in transit but appears delayed, please contact the carrier first for the most current delivery information.

Lost package claims are reviewed case by case. Replacement or refund decisions may depend on carrier status, fulfillment partner policies, and the circumstances of the shipment.

9. Packages Marked Delivered

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first:

  • Check around your delivery location
  • Ask household members, neighbors, building staff, or mailroom staff
  • Contact the carrier directly
  • Confirm that the shipping address entered at checkout was correct

Apex Tribe Company is not responsible for theft, misdelivery by the carrier, or packages marked as delivered but not received.

Replacement or refund requests for packages marked delivered are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed.

10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

  • Photos of the packaging, if relevant

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

11. International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, tariffs, or other charges imposed by their country.

Apex Tribe Company is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local import processing.

If an international package is refused, abandoned, or returned because of unpaid customs fees, the customer may not be eligible for a refund.

12. Holidays and High-Volume Periods

Production and shipping may take longer during holidays, sales events, product launches, severe weather, or periods of high order volume.

Please place time-sensitive orders early. Apex Tribe Company does not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless expressly stated in writing.
